Jay Kneiss joined Northern’s Operations Department in 2006 and was moved to the Engineering & Construction Department in 2016.

Jay previously worked at the City of Greenacres as an engineering coordinator. Jay has worked on several GIS implementations, and is experienced with permit reviews, construction inspections, code enforcement and AutoCAD. He has extensive experience managing projects, and this experience is being used at Northern to manage various programs including High Level Maintenance Agreement compliance, GIS and NPDES. Another primary responsibility is coordinating the NPDES program for all the permittees.

• Coordinates with Property Owners Associations to manage High Level Maintenance Agreement compliance with the District
