New Board Member Elected

Mr. Brian LaMotte was elected to Seat No. 1 at the November 16, 2022 Annual Landowners Meeting.  He replaced Board Member Adrian Salee, who chose not to run again for the Seat.

Brian is a long-time resident of Palm Beach County, spending the entirety of his 40-year professional career in the County. He is a licensed professional engineer in Florida and North Carolina with vast experience in civil engineering design including water management systems, land development, and permitting, as well as spearheading strategic initiatives in the procurement of infrastructure projects. He has a wide range of municipal, county, state, and federal expertise, building strong working and professional relationships within these sectors. Brian also brings together a diversity of skills advancing established strategic plans across business and governmental sectors while working closely with local landowners and constituents.

Born in Syracuse, New York, Brian became a Florida resident in 1961. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Environmental Engineering).  Brian and his wife, Marcie Tinsley, live in Palm Beach Gardens, and have three adult children and two grandchildren. His wife is a current member of the Palm Beach Gardens City Council.

Brian is an active member of the Florida Engineering Society, the American Association of Civil Engineers, and serves on the Commercial Real Estate Committee with the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County. He has also served on the Evergrene POA Turnover Committee and its Architectural Review Board.
